About the event
The Wild and Scenic Film festival is our ideal premiere venue as the festival takes place in Nevada City, just 40 minutes from the San Juan Ridge where the film was shot. It will be a celebration of community, with many of our amazing collaborators including Marsha Stone and Jennifer Rain Crosby in attendance.
The San Juan Ridge Community has thrived because of the collaborative nature of their shared endeavors as demonstrated in the making of the tapestry itself. The fact that they collaborated closely on this film has ensured that the film embodies their ethos. This premiere both honors, and is a testament to the power of their community.
